The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in supporting project operations by coordinating tasks and communications to ensure successful project execution. What the Company Offers: Competitive compensation package Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation and RRSP matching program Professional development and industry-specific training Key Responsibilities: Communicate with property owners, subcontractors, tenants, and insurance adjusters Assist the Project Manager through all phases of the project, from initiation to completion Maintain accurate documentation in internal and external claims systems Coordinate work schedules and track project progress Prepare and manage scopes of work, estimates, and other documentation Handle customer communications and resolve concerns throughout the project Ensure all client-required forms and project documentation are collected and filed properly Maintain job site safety standards and report any concerns Qualifications: Post-secondary education or certification in administration Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, insurance, or construction coordination Familiarity with Xactimate or XactAnalysis is an asset Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required Apply now to begin discussing your career goals with ABL Direct.
