As we continue to grow our digital presence, were looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital campaigns that increase our brand awareness, grow traffic, and generate leads in the industrial B2B/B2C space. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing technical or industrial products and a strong grasp of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing)Manage and update companys e-commerce (Magento 2.0) website content (e.g., product pages, blog posts, landing pages)Maintain and update the CRM data on companys ERP (Epicor.com/Prophet21)Create marketing campaigns on Amazon Seller account and various other online platformsCollaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for industrial parts and componentsAnalyze campaign performance and website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush; provide insights and recommendationsGrow and manage email marketing lists; create and send newsletters and promotional campaignsMonitor and improve SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategiesManage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROIStay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitorsQualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roleProficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Adobe, or similarStrong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.Strong copywriting and editing skills, particularly for technical productsFamiliarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe, WordPress, Magento etc.)Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExperience working with or marketing industrial parts, tools, or components is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonusesHealth benefitsOpportunities for professional growth in a stable, growing industry
