This team is responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle for third-party advertising platforms and revenue share partnerships that power global marketing strategies. As part of the Global High Touch Experience team, AdTech plays a critical role in delivering impactful, customer-centric experiences across digital and physical channels, driving engagement, conversion, and retention.In this role, you will lead the affiliate and commission marketing product strategy within the Online Product Management organization, part of the Digital Technology & Experience (DTX) team. Youll collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, enterprise data teams, and marketing partnersas well as commercial teams across regions and affiliatesto support and evolve the technology stack that enables our paid, owned, and earned media efforts.Role Responsibilities:All product managers are responsible for developing and managing a product throughout its lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvement.Define product vision and strategy: Outline the long-term goals and direction of the product in line with corporate initiatives (e.g., modernization) and division goals.Develop and maintain product roadmaps: Create a prioritized plan for rollouts, future product features, and releases.Determine which features to focus on based on business objectives.Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.Understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for the engineering assignment.Collaborate closely with engineering, other product teams, brand, and 3PP in the development, QA, and release of products.Balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.Operationalize & Educate: Develop product positioning and messaging approach for launches using multi-layered communication formats supported with accessible documentation.Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key metrics and identify areas for product improvement.Key Skills:Deep domain expertise particularly in beauty retail and affiliate marketing, with strong knowledge of industry players, trends, and best practicesPrior experience managing the full product development lifecycle, from strategy through executionExtensive stakeholder management experience within complex, matrixed, and international environmentsStrong grasp of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and site growth levers, funnel optimization, growth experimentation, and pricing strategiesSkilled in applying human-centered design principles to create user-focused product solutionsData-driven decision-maker with hands-on experience using analytics tools and interpreting consumer behaviorExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders and lead empowered teamsPreferred qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineeringPrevious experience in software and web developmentDemonstrable knowledge of online advertising and revenue-generating tactics
