Whether our clients are looking for a solution, a focused change initiative or a full-scale enterprise transformation, our team delivers IT solutions that help create a sustainable competitive advantage.The CommitmentWere seeking a skilled Functional Consultant and Project Manager with a strong background in ERP implementationsomeone who thrives at the intersection of consulting delivery and project executionMinimum 45 years of hands-on experience delivering ERP implementations, preferably cloud-based solutions like NetSuiteResponsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including scope, budget, resources, and timeAdept at working directly with senior executives, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and deliver valueBecome highly proficient in Appficiencys NetSuite implementation methodology, as well as the features and capabilities of the NetSuite platformLead project delivery through proactive planning, structured communications, and timely resolution of challIncludes developing project plans and timelines, preparing client-facing reports and presentations, facilitating internal and external meetings, and supporting PMO reporting and forecastingSupervise and mentor a small project team (12 members) as part of the broader PMO structureThe EssentialMust be eligible to work and travel in Canada and the United StatesMinimum of 8 years of experience in ERP implementations (preferably NetSuite), with an understanding of core business functions across finance, supply chain, and operations6+ years of project management experience in cloud/technology consulting, including agile/hybrid delivery modelsMBA or equivalent experience is strongly profferedProven ability to recommend and drive process improvements that align with Appficiencys best practicesComfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project collaboration platformsHighly adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities and project complexities with professionalismStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsCalm, confident, and collaborative under pressurean excellent team leader and cross-functional partner
