Were a fast-paced company and are looking for individuals who live and breathe our core values: challenging the status quo, trust, transparency, integrity, and collaboration.The Bilingual Junior Affiliate Associate will be responsible for the onboarding and day to day management of the Affiliate department. This will include reaching out to potential affiliates, obtaining all required documents before launch, and analysing their performance.Responsibilities:Oversee co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral and eventsFulfil the onboarding process. Includes completing contracts, due diligence forms, and customized creatives.Research new affiliates and regularly do email reach outsBrainstorm on any new ideas or practices to improve the affiliate departmentDevelop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve resultsMaintain analysis documentsBe able to coordinate and manage multiple projects cross-functionally to ensure deliverables are completed on time.Perform quarterly partner reviews of established goalsEnsure that all activity is consistent, compliant, of excellent quality and follows the brand, marketing and regulation guidelinesEnsure that all campaigns are planned in advance, while being flexible to apply last minutes changes when neededAnalyze, report, present, and review KPIs, monitor campaigns across all channels to find opportunity for improvementAttend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysisSupport the affiliate or marketing team as neededSkills and Qualifications:College or university degree related to business, marketing or administrationBilingual in FrenchPassion for everything sports and sports entertainmentAvailability to go to the events. These may occur on weekends or eveningsStrong communicatorProficiency in Excel and data managementAble to handle multiple campaigns and projects at once for multiple partners across different verticalsAble to present information, reports and decks with SLTTime management, Self-motivator, Quick learner
