We're seeking a talented and driven General Manager to lead our daily operations.Position OverviewAs General Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations across client services, internal processes, and team management. You will act as the operational backbone of the business and work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies and drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the firm across all departmentsConduct client consultations and ensure quality service deliveryCoordinate immigration case flow and project timelinesMonitor and optimize internal processes and productivitySupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team membersImplement and track KPIs to evaluate team performanceCollaborate on marketing initiatives and client outreach strategiesHandle basic HR tasks, scheduling, and conflict resolutionEnsure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standardsIdentify and implement process improvements for client satisfaction and operational efficiencyManage and lead staff, including immigration consultants and administrative supportQualificationsMinimum 35 years of management or operations experienceStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClient-facing experience with strong interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with experience in project management and team supervisionProficiency with CRM platforms, productivity tools, and basic HR/finance systemsCompensation & BenefitsAnnual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 CADPerformance bonuses based on business and individual targetsFull benefits package (extended health, dental, vision)Paid vacation and sick leaveProfessional development opportunitiesHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
