This individual will develop and execute engaging marketing strategies across a variety of channels, helping to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and foster customer loyalty.This opportunity is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing brands to life through impactful storytelling and campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of two marketing professionals to deliver high-impact results.Brand Strategy: Craft and adapt brand messaging to effectively connect with target audiences and reinforce brand identity.Campaign Execution: Design and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, product planning, and trade marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather market insights, and identify new growth opportunities.Product Launches: Support product planning in the creation and execution of effective commercial launch strategies.Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing campaign performance and use insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is an asset).Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role in the consumer goods industry.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud is an asset.French language proficiency is an asset, both written and spoken.Additional DetailsThis role requires working 5 days on-site in Markham.
