Creative InternshipWe Are Social is looking for a Creative Intern to join our Toronto team for Summer 2025. Whether youre a budding copywriter who obsesses over a headline or an art director with an eye for the scroll-stopping visual, this is your opportunity to get real experience inside a global social-first agency.This role is designed to help launch your career in advertising, giving you mentorship, real client exposure, portfolio-worthy work, and a front-row seat to how social ideas come to life.What does the role involve?As a Creative Intern, youll work closely with our team of writers, art directors, and designers to:Contribute ideas and creative work on active campaigns across social platformsParticipate in brainstorms, ideation sessions, and cultural trend researchCollaborate with other interns and teams on a final project or case studyAttend cross-departmental meetings to understand how strategy, production, and editorial work with creativePresent your work at the end of the program in our Month-in-ReviewYoull also be paired with a mentor from the creative team to guide you, give feedback, and help grow your industry connections.What are we looking for?A passion for social media, internet culture, and creative storytellingStrong writing or design skills (were open to both writers and art directors!)Curiosity and a desire to learn how a creative agency worksAbility to collaborate with others and take feedback with an open mindA portfolio or samples of your work (personal projects count!)We welcome applicants from all educational and career backgroundswhat matters most is your creativity, curiosity, and energy.Our Approach To HiringWe love a good story.
