Collaborating with senior leadership, you will provide expertise and contribute to strategic planning. Your responsibilities include leading and developing the estimating team, ensuring process accuracy, managing daily job calendars, coordinating with sales, and conducting risk assessments. You will also deliver technical training, support the estimating and sales teams, and continuously improve processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
