Our client, a global leader in the technology/software industry, is looking for a SAP Data Lead (BODS) at the Manager/Senior Manager level for a remote contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data analysis efforts, ensuring data accuracy, and working with stakeholders across business and technical teams in an SAP environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead data analysis and preparation efforts within SAP environmentsUtilize SAP Data Services (BODS) for data extraction, transformation, and load activitiesImplement and monitor data quality rules and controlsAnalyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with SAP functional leads, data governance teams, business stakeholders, and other BODS developersInterpret and work with SAP master and transactional data structures and physical table schemasProvide leadership and mentorship to the developer teamRequired Qualifications:20+ years of experience in data-related roles, including SAP Data ServicesStrong hands-on experience with SAP BODS (ETL, DQ rules, data warehousing)Expertise in SAP data models, including master and transactional dataPrevious experience leading cross-functional data teamsExcellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
