Your responsibilities include: Leading field operations and coordinating personnel and equipment during emergency responses Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety policies and enforcing safe work practices Developing and executing defensive/offensive response strategies Completing associated administrative tasks and incident reporting Mentoring and supporting team members and fostering ongoing training and development Participating in a rotating on-call schedule and being available for short-notice deployments Engaging in physical, outdoor work in varied and potentially hazardous environmentsWINWhat you bring to the table: Valid BC Drivers License NFPA 472 Technician Level certification (or equivalent industry experience) Strong leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations Willingness to travel and work flexible, dynamic shifts Understanding water treatment systems will be an asset.
