About the opportunity:We currently have an opening for a full-time Business Analystbased in our Toronto, Ontario, Canada office.Reporting to the General Manager, Canada, the Business Analyst will collaborate with the ALK Commercial teams and cross-functional partners to positively impact brand growth and enhance overall commercial operations.The Business Analyst will focus on delivering business intelligence that will be used for strategic planning, program development, customer communication, and sales execution.More specifically, you will:Conduct in-market data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive commercial strategies.Develop and maintain reports that illustrate performance metrics and business outcomes.Manage sales forecasting processes to predict future sales trends and inform business planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and sales strategies.Assist in developing incentive compensation frameworks and analysis ensuring they are aligned with performance goals.Support the training of team members on business intelligence tools and data interpretation.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will have:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to diverse audiences.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with sales forecasting methodologies and tools is a plus.We offer:Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and visionLife and Disability insurance covered at 100%401(k) plan with generous employer contribution12 company-paid holidays per yearHow to apply: Interested in applying to this opportunity?
