The successful candidate will bring strategic HR leadership to site-level activities, coach internal leaders, and ensure alignment with a centralized, global HR service delivery model. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse workforce and interface with a global network of HR professionals.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of HR Advisors supporting internal business groupsAlign HR operations with business strategies and regional initiativesDeliver cyclical HR processes and site-specific programsSupport organizational change through leadership coaching and advisoryAnalyze HR metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential issuesManage and implement regional HR projects in alignment with global best practicesAdvise leadership on complex HR and employee relations mattersPromote a high-performing culture aligned with company valuesQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related disciplineProgressive leadership experience in HR and employee relationsStrong background in managing complex HR projects and operational teamsProfessional HR designation (e.g., CHRP) is preferredProactive and innovative mindset, with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluency in English is required; working knowledge of French is an assetExperience in a large-scale, multi-site, or industrial setting is an advantageBenefits:Relocation AssistanceLife & Disability InsuranceExp.
