Were looking for passionate and energetic Experience Guides to join a location-based, touring video game experience in Toronto this summer! If you love video games, live events, and guest engagement, this is your chance to be part of an immersive, hands-on attraction.As an Experience Guide, youll be the face of the attraction welcoming guests, assisting with ticketing and registration, guiding them through the experience, and ensuring a fun, smooth, and memorable visit.What Youll Do:Greet and guide guests through the experience with warmth and enthusiasmAssist with ticketing (POS, scanning) and timed entry managementDistribute and explain engagement devicesSupport guests at interaction points and respond to questionsCommunicate with the tech/backstage team on any issuesMonitor guest flow and help maintain a clean, smooth-running venueWhat Were Looking For:Previous experience in customer service, events, or guest-facing rolesComfortable working weekends, evenings, and irregular shiftsFamiliar with POS systems and basic tech troubleshootingExcellent communication and time management skillsInterest in video games and interactive experiences is a big plus!Join us to help deliver a one-of-a-kind, interactive experience for fans and families alike!
