Were looking for a dedicated Team Member to support daily operations, lead staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold food safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Supervise and train team members, assign shifts, and offer performance feedback.Customer Service: Ensure prompt, courteous service and address customer issues effectively.Food Quality & Safety: Maintain consistent food quality, enforce hygiene standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, control expenses, and streamline work processes.Training & Development: Deliver thorough onboarding and encourage continuous learning.Administration: Prepare paperwork including production logs and quality reports.Schedule:8-hour shiftsMorning, day, and evening availabilityMonday to Friday and weekendsWeekend availability is requiredRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentInside Canada: At least 6 months of food & beverage experienceOutside Canada: Minimum 3 years of food & beverage experienceMinimum CLB 6 in EnglishFamiliarity with food safety and sanitation regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsOrganized and detail-orientedTech-savvy with food service tools and systemsCompensation & Benefits:Wage: $18.50 per hourBenefits:Paid time offOn-site parkingImmigration Support:Our client is prepared to support the right candidates through:Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs)Canadian Experience ClassExpress EntryProvincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)Hiring Partner:Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc.
