Vous serez fier ou fire du travail fourni par vos employs, de votre atelier de service quant la location du matriel ncessaire la construction de nos milieux de vie.Motiver, encadrer et former les techniciens pour dpasser les normes de temps et de qualit et se conformer aux processus de rparation et dentretien standardDirection, planification, mesure et amlioration continuelle de toutes les mesures de rendement de service et dentretienSupervision des activits du service des pices, pour assurer un service la clientle optimal, une productivit suprieure des techniciens/ateliers/du cot dorigine de lquipement et un contrle maximal des cotsvaluation du rendement et des possibilits de promotion des membres du service Identification et organisation des formations techniques ncessaires t accompagnement constant par des sanDiplme d'tudes secondaires requis; Diplme d'cole de commerce est un atout; Cinq ans d'exprience en service et entretien et un minimum de 3 ans d'exprience en supervisionComptences suprieures en service la clientleComptences de base en informatique, en particulier avec Microsoft ExcelAs a Service Manager, youll be the leader of a major maintenance enterprise. Youll have the opportunity to hire and motivate an amazing team of Service Technicians. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, and help build a profitable location with your leadership, service and maintenance knowledge, and business management.Motivate, coach and train technicians to exceed time & quality standards and comply with standard repair and maintenance processesLead, plan, measure and continuous improvement of all service and maintenance performance metricsOversee parts department activities, to ensure optimal customer service, technician/shops/OEC productivity and cost controlEvaluate performance and promotability of team members.
