Job Title: Unica DeveloperLocation: Toronto ON, M5X 1A1 2 days a week in office (mandatory Monday and flexible 2nd day)Duration: 6 months with possible extension and conversion to FTEAbout the Role:We are seeking a Unica Campaign Analyst to support our Campaign Operation team with the migration and modernization of our Unica environments. This role will play a key part in converting existing SAS campaign codes to Unica, as well as assisting in the integration of Unica Campaign and Interact onto a unified platform. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Unica Campaign, campaign building, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the migration of marketing campaigns from SAS to Unica Campaign.Assist in rebuilding offers, segments, flowcharts, and scheduling logic in the new Unica environment.Validate and optimize flowcharts and campaigns to ensure business requirements and performance standards are met.Audit, migrate, and optimize campaign components (offers, mail lists, SQL queries, user roles, etc.) for consolidation onto a unified Unica environment.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process.Partner with marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal downtime.Document processes, decisions, and configurations to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity.Must Have Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM/Unica Campaign (designing, building, deploying campaigns, templates) - ability to code in UNICA5+ years of SQL and data source integration within Unica.Experience with SAS campaign codesAbility to rebuild offers, segments, flowcharts, and scheduling logic in the new Unica environment.Ability to Document processes, decisions, and configurations to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
