This position assists Project Managers with various administrative and coordination tasks on multiple simultaneous projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence Prepare submittal schedules, division plans and assist with schedule managementTrack project progress and coordinate with subcontractors, customers and vendors Process change orders and update project documentation accordingly including creation and monitoring of internal project risk registrySchedule and coordinate site meetings, inspections, and client visits Assist with budget monitoring and cost control measures Manage RFI & submittalAttend BIM Coordination and RFI meetingsMaintain organized project files and recordsAssist project managers in closing out past projects at the close out stage.Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholdersOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Up to 2 years of experience in construction coordination or administration new grads welcome to apply!Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation Proficient with project management and office software (MS Office, project management tools) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude Understanding of construction schedules, blueprints, and specificationsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams Basic understanding of construction codes and safety regulations Time management and deadline-oriented approach Adaptability to changing project requirementsSteelcon offers a unique opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact.
