In this hybrid content and growth role, you'll shape how we engage investors and entrepreneurs through compelling content, high-performing campaigns, and community-building initiatives. Youll play a key role in growing the FrontFundr brand and scaling the reach and impact of our platform.If youre creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about private markets, startups, and the future of investingwe want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategies that support FrontFundrs growth and brand goals. Create engaging content across formatsblog posts, newsletters (weekly, monthly, quarterly), case studies, social media, video, and our podcast From Funding to Fame.Campaign Promotion: Lead the marketing promotion of active investment opportunities to drive investor engagement across email, social media, virtual events, and partner channels.SEO & CRO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and improve conversion rates on key touchpoints, such as landing pages and blog articles, to maximize engagement and conversions.Performance Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track content and campaign performance, uncover insights, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure all content and growth initiatives align with FrontFundrs brand identity and objectives.A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute A/B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, and other growth experiments to continuously improve performance metrics.Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with our community of investors and entrepreneurs by engaging in online discussions and addressing their needs through relevant content.Manage Internal Project Workflow: Conduct weekly check-ins with the campaign strategy team and update Monday.com to track the required issuer/entrepreneur content distribution for capital-raising companies.
