Your new company With over 50 years of experience, this family-owned company owns, leases, and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout Greater Vancouver. They pride themselves on fostering a sense of belonging in their rental properties and providing exceptional care for their tenants. Your new role In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Property Manager and working closely with the existing Building Management team. There are currently two openings with this company. This role may be live in or live out. Responsibilities will include: Respond to and perform minor maintenance as well as coordinate and supervise trades on site. Paperwork including service requests, expenses, and incidents. Respond to resident service and maintenance requests. Handle security matters including property conditions, access control, and ensure a safe and secure environment for the residents. Manage keys and security devices includes issuing, programming and replacing them. Maintain a strong presence on the property and provide excellent customer service to residents and trades. Perform duties such as making bank deposits and getting supplies as needed. Assist with leasing administration, suite showings, resident screening, and move-in / out inspections. What you''ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have experience working as a maintenance technician on residential properties. The person coming into this role will be extremely customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills. What you''ll get in return Salary: up to $65,000 + rental discount.
