As the Director of Data Integration, you will be part of our book of record technology team, coordinating with business partners to onboard new clients, support existing clients, and integrate third-party systems into our book of record system via API, FIX, and ETL files. Identify system gaps and manage them through the project intake process. Ensure the accuracy of converted client data, including assets under administration. Keep business and technical teams updated on conversion progress. Supervise individuals responsible for data mapping and the creation of validation reports. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: NET, C#. o Proficiency in SQL required. o Experience developing lightweight flexible APIs o Experience with advanced Source Control features (branching/merging). o Experience planning and overseeing large integrations and data conversion projects. o Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the brokerage/securities financial industry. o Able to come into our Toronto location a minimum of 3 days per week CI Financial is an independent company offering global wealth management and asset management advisory services through diverse financial services firms.
