We are currently seeking ahighly experienced Sous Chefto join our team and help us continue raising the bar. Position Summary: We are looking for aSous Chef with over 5 years of professional kitchen experience to support the Executive Chef in leading our culinary operations. The ideal candidate must be confident running all kitchen services brunch, lunch, and dinner and must thrive in high-pressure environments , especially during rush hours. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and staff Execute and manage service across all dayparts:brunch, lunch, and dinner Maintain composure and leadership duringbusy rush periods Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation Mentor, train, and supervise kitchen team members Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and ensure proper food storage Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Collaborate on menu creation and seasonal features Step in as lead chef in the absence of the Executive Chef Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership or sous chef role Proven ability to manage high-volume services during peak hours Experience executing full-day kitchen operations, from brunch to dinner Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills Culinary diploma or Red Seal certification is an asset Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Valid Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: Opportunities for creative input and menu development A fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen culture Staff meals and employee discounts Opportunity to grow with a reputable restaurant brand
