In this high-impact role, youll lead customer acquisition efforts, build strong retail partnerships, and shape go-to-market strategies in the fast-paced and dynamic world of food and beverage. What Youll Be Doing: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies that drive new placements and expand distribution across retail, foodservice, and alternative channels. Deliver compelling presentations, lead negotiations, and cultivate lasting relationships with key retail and distribution partners. Optimize retail execution in collaboration with distributors, brokers, and merchandising teams to ensure brand excellence at shelf. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to align on growth plans and drive company-wide success. Represent the brand at key trade shows and consumer events, championing our products and values to new audiences. Provide strategic insights to product management teams to help shape innovation and respond to market trends. Own and manage pricing strategies, margins, and promotional planning to maximize revenue and profitability. What Were Looking For: 3+ years of progressive sales or business development experience, ideally in the food & beverage or natural products industry. Experience working with natural, fresh, or premium CPG products is a strong asset. A proven track record of managing major retail accounts and delivering results. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
