Business Manager East Canada Key Responsibilities: Drive brand growth by managing short-term and long-term targets for revenue, sales volume, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory. Maintain consistent communication with customers through weekly check-ins and conduct on-site visits Develop and manage sales forecasts and order planning to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual billing and retail objectives. Monitor sales performance and market share; implement corrective strategies when performance goals are not met. Represent the brand at special events within the territory Organize and lead periodic regional meetings to align on strategy, performance, and opportunities. Support new customers in launching their business by guiding merchandising programs, branding, and ordering systems. Coordinate onboarding and training for new customers across key areas: product knowledge, sales tools, marketing initiatives, parts, service, and systems. Test and evaluate new products, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements. Propose new products to expand and strengthen the product lineup. Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and positioning, ensuring a competitive edge in the region. Collaborate with the Product Development team on market insights and product enhancements. Partner with the Service Manager to ensure training and support are available for both sales and service functions. Requirements: Proven ability to work independently and manage a territory without direct supervision. Strong knowledge of the assigned geographical territory. Excellent communication skills across various audiences, including dealers, vendors, internal teams, and leadershipvia phone, email, and in person. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and effective problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with internet-based tools. Confident public speaker with the ability to create and deliver presentations to diverse groups. Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel 5075% of the time across the territory. Agricultural, Construction & Industrial Equipment is a plus Bachelors degree preferred OR Minimum 5+ years of relevant field sales/channel management experience in applicable industries.
