Commercial Brand Ambassador Are you passionate about premium spirits and well-connected in the Ontario On-Trade scene? Do you thrive in field-based roles where relationship-building and education go hand in hand? Keen to represent a sustainable, award-winning distillery making waves in global markets? MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Premium Spirits producer on a 6-month fixed-term contract to hire a Commercial Brand Ambassador to lead On-Trade development in Ontario, Canada , with a strong focus on Toronto . Youll act as the brands face in the province building brand love, driving commercial growth, and educating key trade influencers across premium hospitality venues. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand across Ontario, delivering impactful education and training to trade partners Drive new business growth through premium bars, restaurants, and hotels Secure listings and cocktail menu placements in high-potential On-Trade accounts Build strong relationships with bartenders, bar managers, and decision-makers Execute in-venue brand activations, tastings, and promotional events Work closely with distributor(s) and the Europe-based Export Manager to align on strategy and sales targets Provide regular activity reports and market feedback Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and local activations What are we looking for? 3+ years'' experience in spirits or premium beverage sales, with an On-Trade focus Strong network within Toronto and wider Ontario hospitality scene Confident educator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Commercially minded, self-driven and entrepreneurial Passionate about sustainability, storytelling, and premium drinks culture Willing to travel across Ontario and attend evening/weekend events Valid drivers license required Salary & Package CAD $55,000 base salary KPI-based bonus / commission structure Product allowance Travel & expenses covered 6-month fixed term contract (potential to go permanent) Were committed to ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
