Established in 2004, MODUS has successfully provided innovative and cost-effective building solutions to the educational, commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors. Operating in two manufacturing facilities totaling 200,000 sq. ft. of insulated and heated workspace, the MODUS team works to design, construct and deliver building projects faster and more cost-effective than traditional site-build methods. As an Account Executive (Ontario) you are a motivated, high-energy, results driven individual who can prospect, manage and track multiple opportunities. You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams to provide creative solutions of modular construction solutions to your clients. As a proven team member in this field, you will work closely with architects, developers, government and indigenous groups to promote our innovative, high-quality building solutions to drive business and increase revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial modular markets Research potential clients, attend industry events, and leverage networking to generate leads Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate sales activity to track and manage sales pipeline Deliver compelling presentations on the benefits of off-site construction Lead customers to financial commitments, with deposits on agreements, to meet sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, government and indigenous groups Prepare and present Modus solutions to customers based on their requirements and manage the sales process from first contact to a signed agreement with a deposit Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth handover, and maintain engagement Stay updated on modular construction trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on the advantages of off-site vs. Participate in construction-based events, trade shows, charity events, and other marketing events to represent Modus Structures to promote our products and services Build up and enhance strong business relationships with new and old customers Delivers on agreed upon KPIs and sales targets communicate sales activities on a weekly basis Collaborate with internal business partners and departments Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives. 5+ years experience of sales success with a focus placed on B2B and B2C knowledge or equivalent experience in the construction industry ~ Demonstrated sales experience with a high closing ratio ~ An undergraduate degree or college diploma in engineering or commerce is preferred ~ A strong ability to communicate, present, and lead customers to success ~ Have access to a car and possess a valid driver''s license without restrictions ~ Home Office Environment We take ownership and pride in all that we do and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
