We are currently expanding in Ontario and seeking a manufacturers representative to grow and support business across the province. Youll be backed by warehousing and fulfillment support from our facilities in Mississauga and Alexandria, ON . Role Overview: As a NUCOAT manufacturers rep, you will represent our full line of coatings and solutions to manufacturers and fabricators in the window and door market. Youll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting demos and technical trials, and serving as the on-the-ground link between our team and the customer. What Youll Do: Represent NUCOATs coatings and services to window and door manufacturers across Ontario Develop and maintain relationships with production managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers Support field demos, technical evaluations, and conversions Coordinate with NUCOATs technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation Grow your territory by targeting both high-volume and niche accounts What Were Looking For: Existing relationships in the window, door, or fenestration industry Experience working as a manufacturers rep or in a commission-based business development role Ability to manage your time, pipeline, and follow-through with minimal oversight Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about coatings and application systems Based in Ontario with the ability to travel throughout the province What We Offer: Competitive commission-based structure with upside for high performers Exclusive territory opportunity with a growing, highly differentiated brand Warehousing and logistical support via our Mississauga and Alexandria locations Ongoing technical and sales support from NUCOATs leadership and operations teams A chance to help shape the market expansion in a key growth region
