Brunel is currently seeking an Administrative Integrity Data Coordinator to support inspection data and file management processes for a major energy client. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of asset records and ensuring accurate data management within PCMS and related systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInspection Data ManagementCreate and manage Thickness Survey events in PCMS; import UT/RT readings from NDE shooters or enter manually.Input and track PSV Servicing events in PCMS.Maintain the staging area for new equipment in PCMS.Create equipment components and assign new CML (Condition Monitoring Locations) to the appropriate components.Enter data for VE/VI (Visual External/Internal) inspection events.Run inspection queries to identify equipment due for inspection by year.Monitor and manage the LC-Asset Integrity email inbox.Upload inspection reports into SAP BW and EDMS.File ManagementMaintain the electronic catalogue of Engineered Pressure Enclosure (EPE) files.Scan and digitize hardcopy EPE design documents for cataloging.Convert Mechanical Turnover packages from previous turnarounds and outages into digital format.Administrative DutiesOrder and manage office supplies.Schedule and coordinate meetings.Perform general administrative support as required or assigned.Qualifications8+ years of experience in oil & gas, including at least 5 years in an administrative capacityHigh school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an assetProficiency in SAPExperience with integrity management software (e.g., PCMS, RBMI, MaxiTrack)Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to read engineering drawings such as P&IDs, isometrics, and general arrangementsStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsSelf-motivated and capable of managing multiple prioritiesCollaborative and team-oriented mindset
