Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee all aspects of Wireless DNAs operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with the companys growth objectives. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will provide strategic leadership across multiple functions, including Operations, Inventory, IT, HR, Legal, and Facilities. This individual will be instrumental in optimizing processes, improving performance, and building scalable structures that support the companys continued expansion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scaling operations, building high-performance teams, and driving efficiency across departments. The COO will work closely with other senior leaders to ensure that the organizations operational strategy aligns with its overall business goals and objectives. Develop and refine the structure of departments (Operations, IT, Inventory, HR, Legal, Facilities) to support scalability as the business expands. Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams within the departments under the COOs purview (IT, HR, Inventory, Legal, Operations, Facilities). Foster leadership development and succession planning within all departments to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the company. Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align operational goals with the companys long-term vision. Ensure that key operational decisions are made with input from senior leadership, including IT, HR, Inventory, Legal, and Facilities. Ensure that technology platforms, inventory systems, and HR systems are optimized for maximum efficiency. Legal and Facilities Management: Oversee legal and compliance functions within the organization, ensuring that all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Lead facilities management to ensure the company's physical infrastructure is efficient, cost-effective, and scalable as the business grows. Manage vendor relationships and ensure that services related to legal and facilities management are optimized. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational functions. Provide regular reporting on operational performance, identifying areas of improvement, and offering actionable recommendations to the CEO and executive team. Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, or a similar role with expertise in scaling operations. Extensive knowledge of IT systems, inventory management, human resources, legal compliance, and facilities management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. A track record of successfully leading multi-functional teams and managing large-scale projects. Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). ~Previous experience in managing IT, inventory, HR, legal, and facilities functions is highly preferred. ~
