The primary objective of the Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and supporting all aspects of E360S operations with the company health and safety policies and programs, while ensuring safe working procedures on company work sites, facilities, and regulatory compliance.Act as Lead on all Health and Safety audits.Coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of the Health and Safety programs and comply with board policies, legislation, regulations, and due diligence requirements.Coordinate all health and safety training to ensure system wide compliance with legislation and regulations including the maintenance of appropriate training records.Coordinate and track all required safety training and orientations for staff as determined by the organization and legislation in the database.Work with the local operations team with the health safety orientations for new employees and ensure all documents are completed and signed.Support the development of new policies and procedures.Regular site visits to work with operations.College diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Human Resources, or related discipline.Experience in implementing health, safety, and wellness initiativesThorough working knowledge of British Columbia health & safety laws and regulations.Ability to conduct research into legislative or policy changes and to present ideas in a professional manner while adapting messaging to diverse employee groups.Advanced computer proficiency including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.Keen attention to detail for a role where quality assurance is important.Valid Drivers LicensePaid trainingAt E360S , were setting new standards, transforming communities, and advancing the industry with every step forward.
