Our client, a prominent member of the Energy and Utilities sector, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow the organization''s customer network in Lethbridge, AB. The Outside Sales Representative should be a highly motivated, intelligent, and results-driven individual who will be responsible for developing relationships with new customers within a designated territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing market conditions, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The Outside Sales Representative will work independently to achieve sales targets, build a strong sales pipeline, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. Flexible 40 hours per week to be scheduled between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Monday Sunday Identify and qualify potential customers within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads. Sales Presentations and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets. Territory Management and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize sales potential within the assigned territory. Effectively manage time and resources to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Experience in Construction or electrical is an asset. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
