Job descriptionOpportunity: EstimatorNatural Forces SolarNatural Forces Solar is a dynamic engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company in the renewable energy sector. Based in Dartmouth, NS, Natural Forces Solar provides innovative, robust, and cost-effective renewable energy systems to clients across Canada.The Estimator will work closely with dynamic, internal teams and subcontractors to develop accurate, competitive project estimates while evaluating risk, costs and safety factors. If youre passionate about sustainability and have construction or engineering experience, we would love to hear from you!Your Mission:Build and manage relationships with subcontractorsPrepare and evaluate RFQs and proposalsInterpret project drawings and specs to create detailed estimatesSupport project proposals, budgets, and preliminary schedulesCollaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiencyYour Profile:Degree/diploma in engineering, construction, or related field2+ years experience in engineering or constructionStrong analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience working with drawings/specs and coordinating with subcontractorsWillingness to travel within Atlantic Canada occasionallyBilingual (English/French) considered an assetWhy Natural Forces Solar?Empowering Start:Personalized, professional onboarding led by a dedicated mentor.
