Deliverables requirements: Procurement Analyst: - Preparing multiple procurement related documents, such as Request for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotations (RFQs), etc. - Developing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) for completeness and adherence to procurement regulations. - Developing bid evaluation criteria in collaboration with other team members or Cluster managers. - Reviewing procurement processess and procedures to ensure compliance. - Recommending award or issuance of contracts or supply arrangements for various acquisitions,such as software, IT Services, Consulting Services, etc. - Performing contract follow-ups as required and work with several partnerships, such as Legal Services, Supply Ontario, IT Source, Flextrack etc. - Assisting in the development and improvement of procurement procedures. - Work with multiple reporting databases and systems, such as VMS. - Assist the procurement team as required. .
