SCOPE Kubernetes Cluster Optimization : They have a long-standing ticket to improve the cluster''s ability to auto-scale using Carpenter. This would allow the cluster to manage itself by adjusting instance types and numbers based on utilization factors. Elastic Search Expertise : An expert in Elastic Search could help build a large-scale production cluster capable of handling hundreds of millions of records and bad queries. This would involve optimizing the existing setup or potentially moving it to a Kubernetes cluster. Build stronger, more resilient architecture : The client would like to give some access to a sandbox environment and have them build a stronger, more resilient architecture for future use. Mapping out Architecture : Admittedly they are lacking the necessary architectural documentation and it is sitting with one individual (single point of failure). They need the Kubernetes consultant to conduct requirements gathering, whiteboarding, etc. to map out the proper architecture and leave them with strong documentation.
