Full job descriptionAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex issues and improve processes.Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.Training: Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attributes: Empathetic, patient, and able to manage stressful situations calmly.Work Environment:May work in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies.Flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer needs.Job Types: Full-time, part time
