MaxSys Staffing and Consulting - an Agilus company is looking for a Procurement Specialist who will facilitate the contracting of foreign entities and manage the logistics of implementing overseas initiatives, ensuring the project's success through strategic procurement and effective contract management. The FPE will assist FJA with the procurement of goods and services required for project operations in the field. Job Details:Role: Procurement ExpertLocation: Remote (Within Canada)Duration: ASAP until April 30, 2027 Level of Effort: 60 days/yearLanguage: English EssentialMust-Haves:Must have 5+ years of experience in procurement rolesMust have 5+ years of experience in managing procurement activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with international, national and local legal frameworks.Must have 5+ years of experience in financial management and reporting with an emphasis on transparency and accountability.Must have University Degree in relevant field.Responsibilities, but not limited to:Developing a detailed procurement strategy based on the project's implementation requirements and objectives. This strategy must consider the unique challenges of operating within the Mongolian legal environment and aim to foster sustainable judicial practices.Ensure all procurement activities comply with FJA policies and international best practices, including the thorough documentation of all procurement decisions and adherence to ethical standards.Act as the primary negotiator in contracting discussions with foreign entities, ensuring the terms reflect the projects needs while adhering to legal and ethical standards.Identify potential suppliers both locallywithin Mongolia and internationally.Obtain and evaluate quotes to assess cost-effectiveness and quality, ensuring alignment with the project's goals.Solicit, assess, and document competitive offers in a transparent and accountable manner.
