The future is borderless. Lets build it together.The Opportunity:The Global Insurance and Benefits team ensures we provide world class benefits to theemployees delivered locally. The team focuses on establishing new policies in the 100+ countries that we operate in and also manages its administration while ensuring it meets the organisational revenue goals.What you'll doEnsure employee benefits are set up across all countries in your area of responsibility which are aligned with countrys best practices and organisational goalsManage relationships with key insurance providers and brokers to stay up to date with various Duty of Care insurance and benefit optionsManage the commercial discussions with the insurance providers in order to finalise the local health insurance plansAssess new insurance providers in the region and be accountable for creating new health insurance plans in new countries where we enterResearch, maintain and distribute global pay data and benefits packages, in line with local customs, benchmarks, compliance and other regulations, liaising with vendors,internal stakeholders and customers.Liaison with internal key stakeholders to ensure benefits team information and plans are effectively communicated, implemented and managed.Closely collaborate with the product team to bring in automation and have forward thinkingKey requirementsMinimum 6+ years of experience in managing insurance products and global pay data and benefits.The ability to explain complex topics in easy to understand and concise language.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner and under strict time constraintsPassion for solving problems for customers all day.Good to have a background at a HR SaaS company.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams both internal and externalAttention to detail with swift executionMultiplier is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity.
