Weve been conducting user research to inform design and product decisions, but so far that work has been led entirely by product designers and product managers. Were now looking for a dedicated researcher to take this work further - someone who can bring more depth and structure to our approach, and who will help build a practice that scales.Were looking for someone who brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach to research - someone who knows how to focus on the questions that matter, deliver insights that influence real decisions, and adapt methods to the needs of the moment.
