Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, HR Systems Management for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Remote) and ideally looking for experience with configuration in Workday and Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, Workday Core HCM, Workday Everywhere/HelpPosition: Analyst, HR Systems Management Location: Toronto, ON (Remote) ContractNOTES:The candidate must have configuration experience, but they do not have supporting configuration experience in Workday.Preference to Candidates who have proven Workday Learning and Workday Time Tracking, and Absence Management.Workday Core HCMWorkday Everywhere/HelpExperience within an Agile team is an asset.Job Description, The Human Resources Digital Solutions team is responsible for designing and deploying scalable technical solutions in Workday to better organize, understand, and proactively deploy our current and future workforce needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with best-in-class technology and push the boundaries of what HR technology can do.What will you do?Collaborate with like-minded team members to develop and deploy sustainable Workday configuration solutions in a mature and complex Workday ecosystem.Clearly define and refine technical requirements and ensure focus is on high-value and high-impact work.Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize the HR processes, drive automation, and improve user experience in the Talent Management and Talent Development spaces.Maintain accurate system documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures, to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate system maintenance and upgrades.Ensure the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of tickets in our ticketing system (JIRA).What do you need to succeed?Extensive and detailed Workday configuration and implementation experience with Workday Learning within a Global organization an asset.Extensive and detailed configuration knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management specific to Absence Calendar.Applied configuration experience with Workday Help.Attention to detail to ensure data integrity and high-quality work while maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.Employee Experience focused with robust communication skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Curious thinker with excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.Self-starter with the ability to work without explicit direction.Strong time management skills with the ability to independently organize work based on daily and long-term priorities.Resilience to support a transforming organization.Experience supporting HR-related tasks, processes, and services; knowledge of agile practices is an asset.
