Metta Dealers is a high-performance marketing agency dedicated to helping car dealerships across the U.S break sales barriers with data-driven strategies. We build high-converting ad campaigns, custom lead systems, and follow-up automations that turn more leads into buyersfast.This role focuses on client retention, marketing execution oversight, and operational support across the agency. As a Client Success Manager at Metta Dealers, youll play a key role in managing active dealership accounts, leading onboarding efforts, delivering timely performance insights, and collaborating across departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly and exceed expectations.Youll be working directly with leadership and supporting multiple dealership clients, helping them grow through creative strategy, clean operations, and bulletproof execution.Please complete the application form and upload your resume: https://lnkd.in/eve4zQndDay-to-Day Duties:-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.-Compile weekly and monthly reports for each client to ensure we're on pace with each client's monthly goal.-Recommend improvements to clients strategy.-Frequent meetings with clients to ensure they're up to day on what we're doing for them.-Support onboarding of new clients and internal SOP execution-Provide creative input on content, copy, and campaign direction.-Run internal audits and performance evaluations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):100% of weekly and monthly reports submitted on time and error-free.CRM (GoHighLevel) records updated in real-time with 98%+ accuracy.100% of new clients onboarded within 5 business days.90%+ of client tasks and milestones completed within scheduled timelines.Client churn rate under 10% per quarter.80%+ client satisfaction score based on quarterly surveys.Minimum 1 client campaign improvement or upsell recommendation submitted per month.Qualifications (MUST HAVE):2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
