We are looking for a Lead Partner to lead our growth and expansion in one of our business units. You can expect to make a significant impact on healthcare staff and patients as well as quickly earn at least $16,000 per month in the first year, as a freelance contractor.Our enterprise offers both a strong Purpose and a generous Commission and Equity Scheme, offering you the opportunity early initially a whopping 40% of your sales income (commission only income), whilst youll have the option to transition to a compensation + equity scheme model in the future and become one of the company leaders. You will develop and use a complex mixture of skills to achieve that ranging from soft skills and psychology to strategy and tech skills.Be a strategist who helps our clients with practical and innovative solutions, while also identifying new sustainable sources of revenue or service lines to grow the businessBecome an Expert: you will become an expert in your healthcare niche. This will involve a broad and deep knowledge base in your Healthcare niche and in Recruitment, but also in Human Resources, Immigration law, Contracts, Accounting, Real Estate, etc. So this is a diverse role, knowledge-rich, where you'll touch upon several disciplines. This would put you in a great position to help organisations, healthcare professionals and patients.Scale-up: with close support from our group you will scale up the Recruitment and Consulting services that we have already successfully launched in Canada.
