Job Title: Distribution Supervisor Overnight Shift Location: Vaughan ON Shift: Overnight 11PM TILL 7AM Reports To: Distribution Manager / Operations ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Distribution Supervisor to oversee overnight operations at our large Distribution Center. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 50 warehouse associates and be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate distribution processes, achieving KPIs, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all overnight warehouse distribution activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50+ warehouse associates to meet operational goals and KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety, etc.).Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize distribution efficiency.Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews with team members.Collaborate with other shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational consistency.Identify and resolve operational issues in real-time.Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, incidents, and performance.Qualifications:University degree or college diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.3+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-pacedStrong understanding of warehouse KPIs and distribution operations.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
