About you: You are a healthcare operations nerd whos ready to lead cross-functional project management and execution, building with us to power the growth of Juniper Genomics next-generation embryo testing to help IVF patients succeed faster. You should have 24 years of experience, ideally in a genomics or healthcare setting.About the role: This is a hands-on, high-agency role where youll own the internal workflows, project management infrastructure, and coordination systems that help keep our multidisciplinary team efficient and focused all within a regulated, detail-critical environment. Youll work closely with everyone: founders, clinicians, scientists, and engineers to keep things aligned, moving, and documented. Were a remote team with quarterly offsites and other travel.About us: Juniper Genomics is a venture-backed start-up using genomics and modern data science to improve IVF success rates and access, reducing the burden of trying to conceive. We recently launched our first product: a whole-genome preimplantation genetic test (PGT). Build and maintain our internal project management systems (e.g., Notion, Asana, Linear, Slack) making sure processes are scalable, intuitive, and well-documented. Apply automation and AI tools collaboratively, using platforms like Zapier, Airtable, or GenAI to eliminate redundant busywork as soon as the manual process is sufficiently understood. Support drafting and implementation of SOPs, documentation protocols, and compliance workflows, especially in collaboration with our science and clinical teams.
