Project ManagerToronto12 month contractResponsibilities:Supports operations side of Commercial Project Delivery teamFocuses on PMLC/PDLC rather than SDLCScope will include multiple initiatives related the booking of Letters of Credit between various Commercial and I&CB applicationsOverseeing operational deliverables tied to Stakeholder Assessments, Change Management, Process Documentation Updates, Training Requirements, etc.Leads assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results.Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes.Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.Directs, manages, and coordinates team members including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants and contractors, as well as vendors and external regulatory organizations.Requirements:Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Clarity, MS project, and SharePoint repositories.5-7 years of experience within a structured PMO or experience within supporting projects, Relationship management and consulting skills.Change leadership and management skills.Project forecasting experienceRisk management skills.Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.Stakeholder management and influencing skills.Business and technical acumen.Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills which bring clarity and precision at executive levels.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Understanding of project management skills.Ability to independently plan and execute project schedulesAbility to drive & lead meetings independentlyEffectively communicate the objectives and goals of the Project strategy
