AGENCY WORKFLOW SPECIALISTWE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!The Agency Workflow Specialist (AWS) is the glue that keeps projects and people together at Blakely.The AWS has a birds eye view of all projects within the agency and is responsible for working with internal teams to drive successful campaign outcomes. They bring their big picture thinking and proactive approach to coordinate departments and effectively traffic direct mail and digital marketing campaigns from initiation to completion. This role works closely with Account Managers to ensure tasks are completed on time, and within scope and budget. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of creative, data, digital, and print production workflows.MUST HAVESDemonstrated understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and toolsSuperior skills in work-back scheduling, traffic, and project management within an agency environment (preferred)Understanding of creative development, data segmentation, print production, and email, media, landing page, and video process and timelinesSelf-motivated and able to effectively manage competing prioritiesStrong communicator with excellent verbal and written skillsAble to lead and collaborate with teams; build internal relationshipsExcellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skillsEnjoy working in a fast paced, marketing agency environmentProficient in MS Office Suite; previous experience in project management softwareRESPONSIBILITIESProject and Trafficking Management / Operational AdministrationManage marketing project workflow and delivery; act as central point of contact for all departmentsBuild project schedules according to scope; oversee task accountability for the duration of each projectPrepare and consistently update the project milestones status report and attend daily Traffic management meetings for team updatesProactively facilitate communication among stakeholders in all project phases to ensure deliverables are being metDetermine risk and continency planning for projectsEnsure cross-functional teams are meeting the objectives of each project on time and on budgetAgency Process Optimization and InnovationContinuously seek and implement improvements in project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessImplement process improvements within agency channelsExplore innovative solutions to improve agency operationsTraining: Development and ImprovementTrain internal teams on systems, processes, and onboardingSupport the Senior Project Manager with agency-wide improvement initiatives as requiredAd-hoc AssignmentsProvide support to internal stakeholders and other duties as requiredWHO IS BLAKELY?We are a diverse and smart team who value transparency, collaboration, hard work, and curiosity. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision care, 3 weeks vacation plus an additional 9.5 Blakely days off (half day Fridays before each long weekend and the office is closed for one week at the end of December each year).Location: This is a location-flexible work from home position, within Canada. Maintaining a good working relationship is key to success, so we gather our entire team together 3 4 times a year in Aurora, ON. There will be department meetings or 1 on 1 meetings with your manager in person required throughout the year. For those that live 150KMs or more away from Aurora, ON we cover all travel expenses in line with Blakelys travel policy.
