FP&A Implementation Consultant (Vena Focused)Location: Remote (Open to candidates in USA, South Africa, Brazil)Our client is expanding its professional services team to support continued growth and client demand. We're looking for an experienced FP&A Implementation Consultant with deep knowledge of Vena Solutions and strong finance or accounting fundamentals. You will play a critical role in helping clients implement and optimize their financial planning and analysis toolsespecially Venaby leading end-to-end solution design, configuration, and deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or contribute to end-to-end Vena implementations for a diverse client baseTranslate client needs into robust, scalable financial planning models and reporting systemsCollaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations to gather requirementsDeliver business process improvements and automation using Vena and ExcelServe as a subject matter expert in FP&A best practices and financial systemsProvide ongoing support, training, and optimization post-implementationDocument implementation processes and maintain project documentationEngage in multiple implementation cycles simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environmentRequired QualificationsHands-on experience with Vena Solutions (preferred: implementation, configuration, or advanced end-user)3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably with a focus in FP&AProven ability to lead or support system implementationsfrom requirements gathering through go-liveStrong Excel skills and ability to automate or optimize spreadsheet modelsExperience with other financial planning tools (e.g., Planful, Pigment, Prophix, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plusComfortable managing multiple projects and working cross-functionallyExcellent communication and client-facing skillsSelf-starter who can operate independently in a remote-first environmentExperience with data visualization, financial systems integration, or scripting/macrosUnderstanding of different FP&A tool architectures and their use casesPrior consulting or customer-facing implementation experienceCompensationCompetitive base salaryStandard roles: $3,000 $5,000/month (SA/Brazil)Lead-level roles: Up to $6,500 $7,000/month
