Your new role Extensive previous experience the role of Ability Management Specialist, Advisor, or Coordinator Working for the Director, HR Advisory Services under direction from the Program Lead, Ability Management Support with claim intake and case management of STD, LTD and WSBC cases (G)RTW planning and support with HRBPs and managers Reviewing medically-related accommodation requests - ergonomics, remote work etc. Partnering with HR Business Partners and OHS team members What you will need to succeed: Ability Management, case management, WSBC and STD/LTD, HRIS (PeopleSoft, WHDB) Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Skilled using MS Office
