Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Surrey, BC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction on a daily basis for the warehouse division. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries efficiently Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service or related field Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry is a plus
