Our client, situated in a beautiful lakeside home office in Oakville, requires an Office Administrator. In this role, you will work closely with a small and friendly team of Property Managers who manage a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties across Ontario. Duties: Light front office reception Inputting basic lease information into a specialized software and assisting tenants and leasing agents with providing rental and vacancy information. Communicating with external service professionals, including lawyers, insurance agents, and accounting firms. Handling bank deposits, assisting the accountant with creating invoices and chargebacks, and processing lease renewals. Experience you need: Must have access to a vehicle for daily bank runs MS Word and Excel are both essential. 3 years of relevant administrative support experience required This role is ideal for someone who lives locally in Oakville/Burlington and who is interested in learning and growing with a small and very well-established Property Management business. 5 days on-site.
