In this role, you will ensure that maintenance resources are effectively utilized, planned maintenance is executed, and downtime is minimized. Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance experience in Manufacturing Industries. At least 3+ years of leadership experience. Must have Licensed trade qualification (Millwright or Electrician). Basic knowledge of Lean principles and mechanical/electrical aptitude. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and PLC knowledge. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) and ability to work overtime.
